Organized by

Employment Connections is a partnership between the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, fifteen Toronto Employment Agencies from the Youth Employment Partnerships (YEP) Network, Social Development, Finance & Administration (City of Toronto) & Toronto Employment and Social Services (City of Toronto). Although Employment Connections focuses on supporting youth on probation and parole with yearlong employment service help, the network also builds an annual Job Fairs that is focused on supporting all Toronto residents that identify as having a conflict with the law, are on probation or parole or have a criminal record. It is our goal to remove the barier of a criminal record to allow job seekers to focus on their skills and experience and to recruit employers that believe in the individual and want to provide an opportunity for mutual success.
